Privacy policy

This page explains what kenloom.com collects when you visit it. It is about the website only; the Kenloom app keeps what you give it on your own computer. Questions go to support@kenloom.com.

What we collect

Without your consent: nothing that identifies you. The site sets one cookie, consent_preferences, that stores your choice in the consent banner so it is not asked again. It contains only that choice and expires after 365 days.

With your consent (analytics): Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (country and city level), and device and browser type. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for that. Until you accept analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.

Why

Analytics tells us which pages help visitors and which do not. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Rejecting analytics does not change anything else on the site.

Retention and processors

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google Ireland Limited processes it on our behalf; data may be transferred to the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete data about you, or object to its processing, by writing to support@kenloom.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
